A Friend in need is a Friend indeed

There were two friends who were walking in the forest. Suddenly they saw a tiger coming towards them. One boy immediately climbed up the tree, leaving the other boy to face the tiger alone. The other boy was unable to climb up the tree. As the tiger was approaching towards him, he got sacred and started shivering. So he threw himself flat on the ground and pretended to be dead. The tiger came up to him and smelt him all over. Thinking the boy was dead, the tiger walked away. The boy who was on the tree came down and asked his friend what the tiger had whispered in his ear. The other boy being clever, said "The tiger told me not to trust any man who runs away from me when I'm in danger".

There are many people who like to have many friends in their life. But all these friends are for name sake. We should have few friends, but they should be our true friends with whom we can share our joys and sorrow's.

Some people try to make friendship with rich people. They like to enjoy themselves at the expense of those who are rich. But if the rich friend loses his money, than all his friends will leave him. This shows that they were not true friends. A true friend will never see the differences (whether rich/ poor, racial, cultural) he/she will just became ready to help in any condition.

If a person who is in trouble or in need is given support by his/her friend, than it is a true friendship and that friend is the real friend. A good friend will never leave his/her friend in his hour of danger. True friend will always help us and be with us in our good as well as in our bad times.

Getting true friend is a blessing from god.True friendship becomes noble and great but is very rare. Having a true friend is a most precious earning in our life.
